This post details my justifications for my choices of sound effects recording for my radio advertisement production for the regional print magazine: Bright-On.
From doing this - it would minimise the risk of audiences and distributors perceiving the advert to contain any copyrighted sounds as it evidences the spot effects that are my own and therefore the backing track being sourced from the editing software: LogicPro. Shown in this document is my justifications of editing choices throughout constructing my radio advert for Bright-On magazine. I had used the software: LogicPro to construct the elements to a key time frame and ensure sound was modified and audible to audience members.
Shown in the document above outlines a planned script for my radio advertisement production. There are two initial speakers (two uni students within the regional area of Brighton, UK) discussing how to spend the rest of their afternoon now their university work is complete (directly relating to my intended audience), this is combined with a voiceover and soundbed, alongside sound FX to resonate with the genre of my magazine and context of the first issue: genres are: lifestyle, culture and fashion with the first issue homing in on youth subcultures.
This document outlines all of my own original photography to be used for my print regional magazine and billboard advertisement for A2 media studies.
This document outlines my choices for potential layouts for my billboard advert. These could be subject to change due to the use of the digital Polaroids' as a running theme throughout my production. This may change orientation of the imagery and therefore sizing: which could change the overall graphology of the layout.
Outlined within this post is my Indesign log containing my choices for editorial processing, both for my main production (regional Bright-on magazine) and my ancillary production: the billboard advertisement to further the promotion of the print magazine.
PHOTOSHOP EDIT LOG FOR MAIN TASK (BRIGHT-ON MAGAZINE) AND BILLBOARD ADVERTISEMENT (ANCILLARY TASK).2/26/2018 This post displays my shareable link for my photoshop edit logs. As these edit logs had great depth of detail in justifying my editorial choices. This had meant I was unable to directly publish the edit log on this post: however: the external link shared in this post demonstrates my justifications for my editorial choices.
Displayed in this document above is my image thumbnails document for my regional print magazine production: Bright On alongside images that will be used and obtained for my billboard advert also.
This post contains my last and final draft to be used as the lead article within my printed regional magazine: Bright-On. I had developed the article so it correlated more significantly with my intended plans as outlined within my pitch presentation: working with a discursive, yet still investigative tone throughout to show the movement of youth subcultures from past to present day society.
